The above prices reflect Early Bird Registration pricing only. Early Bird Registration ends January 5, 2026.
Registration for the Round Table discussions and the Welcome Reception & Scientific Poster Session are complimentary, but registration is requested.
Lab session fees vary, however some are complimentary. Individual lab session prices can be found on the registration site by clicking the link below.
Symposium registration fees include coffee and lunch each day and AAVSB RACE approved CE credits (specific number is pending).
2026 LUTS Early Bird Registration Raffle Official Rules
To celebrate Early Bird Registration for the 2026 ACVNU Lower Urinary Tract Symposium, we are hosting a 8-week raffle with exciting prizes donated by our generous partners. By registering early, you are automatically entered to win!
Please review the full contest rules below.
1. Eligibility
The raffle is open to all individuals who register for the 2026 ACVNU Lower Urinary Tract Symposium between October 15, 2025 and January 4, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern.
Registration must be paid in full to be eligible for entry.
Registrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
ACVNU Executive Board members, LUTS Planning Committee members, and LUTS Speakers are eligible to participate, except those involved in prize drawing administration.
No purchase necessary for alternate entries— 2026 ACVNU LUTS Registration is considered a purchase for purposes of this giveaway.
2. How to Enter
There are two ways to receive entries:
A. Automatic Entry Through Registration
Anyone registered for LUTS 2026 prior to each weekly drawing is automatically entered into that week’s drawing and all future weekly drawings.
For example:
To be eligible for the Week 1 drawing (Nov 17), you must be registered by Nov 17 at 12:00 AM Eastern.
If you register on Dec 4, you are eligible for all drawings from Week 4 onward.
Each registrant receives one entry for the entire raffle period.
B. Bonus Entry Each Week
Registrants may earn one bonus entry per week by:
➡️ Sharing the weekly raffle post on their personal social media profile (Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn).
The weekly raffle post will be published on ACVNU social media (Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn) every Monday evening*.
*With the exception of the first weekly raffle post, which will be published on ACVNU social media Sunday morning November 17.
Share must be public or visible to ACVNU staff for verification.
Bonus entries do not accumulate and apply only to the prize for that specific week.
3. Weekly Drawings
The raffle consists of eight (8) drawings, one each week beginning Monday, November 17, 2025 and ending on Monday, January 5, 2026.
Drawings will occur each Monday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern.
One (1) winner will be selected each week at random using a digital randomizer.
Once selected, winners are removed from subsequent prize drawings unless additional entries were made for alternate entry.
4. Prize Details
Each week features a different prize donated by a generous raffle sponsor (see below).
Prizes may include pet products, pet tech, gift bundles, or similar items.
The prize for each week will be announced on social media and the website.
ACVNU reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if needed.
Prizes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
5. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified via the email used for symposium registration.
Winners will also be announced on ACVNU social media platforms.
If a selected winner does not respond within 5 calendar days, ACVNU may select an alternate winner.
6. Prize Delivery
Depending on winner’s location, prizes will be either be shipped directly to winners by the donating company, shipped to winners by the ACVNU or given to the winner, in person, at the 2026 ACVNU Lower Urinary Tract Symposium.
Winners will be asked to confirm a valid U.S. or international shipping address.
Shipping timelines may vary depending on the donor.
7. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to abide by all rules and decisions made by ACVNU regarding the raffle.
ACVNU is not responsible for technical errors, lost emails, or failed prize delivery by external donors.
ACVNU reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend the raffle in the event of fraud, technical failure, or other issues beyond its control.
Participation constitutes permission for ACVNU to use the winner’s name and prize announcement for promotional purposes.
